The Naval History Museum is located near the Venetian Arsenal. It was founded in 1919. The museum houses a collection of exhibits related to the history of the Venetian fleet - ship models, weapons, archival documents, orders and medals. And in the pavilion of ships, Venetian ships of various eras are exhibited, among which the Bucintoro occupies a special place - a richly decorated 45-meter ship that transported the doge.
