Palazzo Grassi is a palace in the San Marco district, on the Grand Canal. The palace was created in the 18th century by the architect Giorgio Massari.
In the 20th century, the palace was acquired and restored by the Fiat automobile concern to host major art exhibitions. In 2005, the building was reconstructed according to the design of the architect Tadao Ando. In early 2005, the building was sold to the casino, but retained the function of an exhibition hall.
