Thermal Park Poseidon Gardens
Poseidon Giardini Termal, Giardini Poseidon Terme
Italy, Ischia
The Poseidon Gardens thermal park is located at the foot of the Epomeo volcano and is considered one of the largest in Europe. On a vast territory of 60 thousand square meters there are more than two dozen pools with thermal springs. Water temperature from 20 to 30 degrees. Each pool has a mythological name and a sculpture corresponding to the name.
The thermal waters of the park, saturated with sulfates, phosphates, mineral salts, bromine and bicarbonate, are used to treat metabolic diseases, dysfunctions of the musculoskeletal system, respiratory organs, gynecological disorders and infertility.
On the terraces of Rocce di Yoga (rocks of yoga), in the shade of olive trees, there is a natural grotto, in which there is a sauna on a natural spring with a characteristic setting of ancient Roman baths.
