San Paolo Maggiore

Basilica of San Paolo Maggiore
Italy, Bologna
Roman Catholic basilica in the Baroque style. Located in the historic center of Bologna. The church building was built between 1606 and 1611 by order of the monastic order of the Barnabites. The architect was Ambrogio Masenta. After 20 years, the church was expanded thanks to a new beautiful facade, in small niches of which four statues are installed. It is worth bearing in mind that during the service, entry may be limited or closed.
