We arrived in the City of David after visiting the Tomb in the garden. It would be better before, because the history of Jerusalem is much older than the history of the Garden Tomb. For some reason, this museum-reserve and archaeological park on the hill of Ophel near the southern border of the Temple Mount is rarely included in excursion routes, but we had the best guide and an incredibly rich program, and we spent about 3 hours in the City of David. The entrance to the City is from the street that separates Old Jerusalem from the Arab settlement.→
