The Budapest City Hall is located on the left bank, west of the Great Synagogue. It was built at the beginning of the 18th century. Initially, the Les Invalides was located here. Then the barracks were located in the building, and since 1894 the city hall has been located here. The three-story building was built in the Baroque style. In the near future it is planned to reconstruct and expand it.
