Lake Balaton is the largest lake in Hungary, it is located in the western part of the country. The coastline of the lake is almost 235 km, along which there are such famous resorts as Balatonfured, Siofok, Tihany and Keszthely. In addition to beach holidays, sailing, fishing, as well as spa treatment, specializing in the treatment of diseases of the respiratory system, cardiology and the musculoskeletal system, are common at Balaton. A large number of swans live on the lake, and regular passenger boats run along the lake.
