If you are a believer, then be sure to go up to the Cathedral to venerate the relics of St. Euphemia. If you are not very religious - go up here for great views of the city and surroundings. The rise is possible in two ways: either straying through the narrow streets of the old town, or along the small embankment that "encircles" Rovinj.
