In Splantsia Square, near the Church of St. Nicholas, there is a small, neat, well-preserved building - the Church of St. Roch (or Rocco). The church is built in the form of a basilica in the Venetian style, with elongated arched windows and pediments above the entrances. The temple was probably built after the plague, because St. Roch was considered a protector against this terrible disease. The Latin inscription on the wall of the temple contains the date - 1630.→
