The Capitol is the heart of the city, where the City Hall is now located. In addition to the city meeting hall, the building also houses an opera house and a concert and symphony hall. There is a large square in front of the building, where all tourist routes begin, including the tourist electric train (cost 8 euros), as well as all city holidays and fairs. It is believed that in 1190 there was a building on this site, in which the chapters-masters who ruled the medieval Toulouse were located. Accordingly, this building is named after the Roman Capitol.→
