Despite its name, this bridge is one of the oldest structures in the city. Its construction began in 1544 to replace the dilapidated old bridge, and on October 19.1659, it was inaugurated by King Louis XIV of France. The bridge has 7 arches of different height and width, its length is 220 m, width is 30 m. Its unique technology made it possible to survive numerous floods. The bridge is equipped with breakwaters and drainage systems to preserve the structure. In one of the round holes, a sculpture of a humanoid creature of bright red color is visible.→
