On the narrow street of Osh (rue Hoche) is the house where Michel Nostradamus was born on December 14.1503. You can’t enter the house, now it is private property. The only thing that reminds of a famous resident is a commemorative plaque on the facade of the house. What do we know about Nostradamus? Michel studied art and medicine, was interested in pharmaceuticals, studied plants and made his own medicines. He received his doctorate in medicine from the University of Montpellier. Having lost his first wife and children who died from the plague, he gives up medicine and travels through Italy and Germany.→
