Confectionery Lyadure

Confectionery Laduree, Laduree
France, Paris
Confectionery Laduray was founded in 1862 by a miller by profession and a writer by vocation, Louis-Ernst Laduray. Initially, Lyadure's house was an ordinary bakery, and fame came to him after almost 70 years. In 1930, the grandson of Louis-Ernest Laduray, Pierre Defontaine, came up with the idea of gluing two cookies together using cream. And so a new type of confectionery was born, which is now called "Gerbet", or Parisian "macarons". Defontaine also opened a tea and pastry shop.
In 1993, the Lyadure house was bought by the Holder Group, which began the active development of a confectionery chain. To date, Lyadure confectionery is represented in more than 25 countries around the world.

Every time I come to Paris, I cannot deny myself such joy as visiting the famous patisserie. I like rue Royale the most, it's more comfortable, small tables, everything is old fashioned. But no matter which one you go to, the main delicacy is macarons! They come in many flavors, so everyone can choose what they like. I like pistachio, rose and orange fleur most of all, but these are my personal preferences. It's really expensive and very high in calories, but you don't eat it every day, make yourself a little joy.

There are enough patisseries in Paris. One of the famous Lyadoures. There are several of them in Paris. On the Champs Elysees there is usually a long queue. I propose to combine a visit to the church of Saint Madeleine and Lyadoure at 16 Rue Royale. You can try the desserts, they are almost all good. And of course the famous almond cakes. Multicolored, with different tastes, they conquer the world. They are way too sweet for my taste. One macaroon 3.30 euros, in a set of three different flavors, espresso 3.
