The Fountain Garden (Jardins de la Fontaine) was built in the 18th century and became one of the first public gardens in Europe. Its chief architect was Jacques-Philippe Maré chal, a military engineer at the court of Louis XV. By its type, the park is a regular French garden - a double staircase, decorative canals, flowerpots, marble statues and fountains. If you move along the central alley of the park, along the canals, on the left side you will see the ruins of the Temple of Diana. This name is conditional, since the origin of the building and its exact purpose are still unknown.→
