The Porte d'Orange, dating from the 14th century, is the surviving part of the city wall that surrounded Carpentras in the Middle Ages. The height of the gate is 27 meters. A one-sided ring is now laid along the former location of the walls, and everything inside is almost entirely pedestrian. The gate is located at the end of Rue Porte d'Orange.→
