On Ferran el Catolic Street, there are Arab baths built in the 13th century. By this time, the Moors had already been expelled from Girona, but the Crusaders brought the tradition of public baths to Spain. Arab baths are the only public baths that have survived in Europe since the Middle Ages. Just like in traditional oriental baths, there were baths, steam rooms, relaxation rooms and a cold room, the corner of which was supported by eight columns, and in the center there was a small pool.
