On the Rambla there is a monument that introduces us to the local acrobatic tradition - castellers. This monument glorifies the brave builders of living pyramids. The favorite entertainment of the inhabitants of Tarragona can be seen in reality during the main holiday of the city - the festival of Saint Tecla (Festes de Santa Tecla de Tarragona). It takes place at the end of September. The author of the monument is a modern sculptor Francesc Angles and depicts a pyramid consisting of 219 full-sized human figures.→
