Plaza del Rey got its name in the 15th century, from the residence of the kings of Aragon and the princes of Tarragona located here. Now it houses the Archaeological Museum of Tarragona. For those who are interested in ancient Roman subjects, the museum has a rich collection, and most of the exhibits were found on the territory of the city and its environs. A complex ticket for viewing all the Roman artifacts of Tarragona + the Archaeological Museum costs 12 euros. Monday is a day off.→
