Tarragona's bullring is located at Carrer de Mallorca, 18. This imposing three-story building in the neo-Moorish style was built in the 19th century by Ramon Salas Rikom. After the ban on bullfighting in Catalonia, the arena building was modernized: the stands were rebuilt, and, most importantly, a huge sliding dome with a radius of 40 meters and a weight of 980 tons appeared above the arena.
