The palace was built in the 16th century. In 1901, the Countess de Lebrija (Dona Regla Manjon) bought the palace from the Counts of Miraflores and spent the next thirteen years restoring it. The countess was passionate about archeology, and since 1922 she was a member of the Commission for Historical and Artistic Monuments of Seville.→
