The monument to the young Gaudi was erected in 2002, the author of the sculpture is Artur Aldoma. The monument was commissioned by the city authorities of Reus as a tribute to the famous countryman. Address: Carrer de l'Amargura, 8 A stone's throw from the monument is the house where the great architect was supposedly born (Carrer de Sant Vicenс, 4). This place used to be the workshop of Antonio Gaudi's grandfather on his mother's side. Today the house is privately owned and is not accessible to the public.→
