A small castle - Bellver Fortress is one of the 2 surviving round castles in Europe. Built under the control of the Templars for the 2nd king of Mallorca, Jaime II, it was a miracle of a fortification at that time thanks to new technologies and an elegant design. Magnificent observation deck on Palma de Mallorca and the Great Bay of Palma Inside is a small but rather interesting museum.
