Bishop's Palace
The Episcopal Palace, El Palacio del Obispado de Málaga
Spain, Costa del Sol
The Bishop's Palace was built in the 18th century in the Baroque style. This is the work of 1762 by the architect Antonio Ramos, who completed the construction of the palace after the death of the chief architect José de Bada under the control of the then Archbishop Lasso de Castilla. The palace itself, which belongs to the masterpieces of Spanish civil architecture, was destroyed in 1931 and rebuilt only in 1945.
