Akhuy caves

Ahuy caves are located near the town of the same name in the west of the island of Fuerteventura. A steep descent from a 600-meter height leads to them. Once the caves served as a refuge for pirates, later lime was mined here. Now tourists are attracted here by wonderful views from the rocky caves.

Amazing beauty
Akhuy caves are a very beautiful place. There is a fishing village here, and a very beautiful view of the rocky coast and the ocean opens up. This is one of my favorite places on the island.→
