Catalan sculptor Josep Granyer created two funny and slightly ironic figures that are on display on both sides of the Rambla de Catalunya. One of the works is "Resting giraffe". The author conveyed female character traits through the sculpture - a kind of playful pose of a slightly smug and very coquettish person : ) The statue became so wildly popular that they tried to steal it several times.→
