The Mosque of Sultan Kait Bey is located in the eastern part of the city. It was built in 1474 in the Turkish style. Sultan Qait Bey was a Mamluk and many buildings were built during his reign. The mosque is distinguished by its beauty, its dome is decorated with relief patterns. Near the mosque there are a mausoleum and a madrasah, which form a single architectural complex.
