The hotel itself is not bad due to the large territory and many pools and slides. But the staff at the reception is just awful: nervous, aggressive, if you want to clarify something, you will immediately receive a portion of negativity, and this is putting it mildly. It seems that you owe them something, the attitude towards Europeans and Russian speakers is 10% to 1%. For a spoiled vacation, a European will receive a large compensation, and our people will take care of themselves. We must pay tribute to the two Russian-speaking women at the reception, whom you do not often see there, but if you are lucky in all matters, it is better to go to them, they have all the information and are friendly and welcoming.→
