The Occupation Museum is a museum in Tallinn. The permanent exhibition of the Occupation Museum, opened in 2003, reflects the development of Estonia in 1940-1991, when Estonia was alternately "occupied" by the Soviet Union and Germany, then again by the USSR.
The museum was established in 2003 by the Kistler-Ritso Eesti Foundation. The documents and exhibits collected and exhibited in the museum are intended to tell about the "occupation period".
