Alexander Nevsky Cathedral in the center of Old Tallinn stands out sharply against the background of its modest northern architecture with its luxurious forms and bright colors. From a distance, it looks like a huge cream cake to me : ). Otherwise, this is an ordinary Orthodox church. Here you can come to the service as a "pilgrim" or just look "onlooker-tourist" in the icon shop. Since the temple is active, if possible, the “dress code” generally accepted in the Orthodox environment should be observed; filming and photography in the temple without special permission is also prohibited.→
