Circus Krone is the largest Circus in Europe. It was founded by Karl Krone in 1905. The circus has a tent for 5000 seats, with an area of 48 x 64 meters and a dome 14 meters high. It covers an area of about 3000 square meters. Since 1919, the circus has had a permanent seat in Munich on the Marsstraße, and is thus the only Western European circus with a permanent headquarters.
