The old town hall was built in the 15th century. Initially, the building was designed in the Gothic style, but a century later it was reconstructed in the Renaissance style. When painting on the walls, both biblical scenes and stories about the arrival of the King of France Philip the Handsome in Lindau were used - the frescoes depict musicians playing cheerful melodies, and the city's nobility demonstrates their rich outfits. Now the building of the Town Hall houses the municipal archive and the city library.→
