Batman Park
Bethmann Park, Bethmann Park
Germany, Frankfurt am Main
Bethman Park originated in 1783 as the private garden of the Bethman family of bankers. In 1941, the garden became a city garden, and in 1952 it was opened to the general public. The main decoration of the park is a Chinese garden with an area of 4,000 square meters, repeating the landscape of the Chinese province of Anhui, with which Frankfurt is in similar climatic conditions. The Chinese "Garden of Heavenly Peace" was created in 1989 by designers and gardeners from China, all the material was also brought from there. Here you can see ups and downs, grottoes, amazing trees and shrubs, sculptures, and in the middle of the garden there is a pagoda.
Bethman Park has a zone for chess players, where the playing field is located on asphalt with drawn squares, and you have to play with meter-long pieces.
