The Shopkeeper's Bridge is an exclusive attraction in Erfurt. The bridge is 120 meters long and is the longest built-up bridge in Europe. Today in the houses on the bridge Kr? merbr? cke there are souvenir shops and antique shops. A bit of history Kr? merbr? cke. A wooden bridge stood on this site already in the 11th century. But after numerous fires, in the 13th century the wooden bridge was replaced with a stone version. Initially, there were 64 houses on the bridge, but as the buildings were enlarged, their number was reduced to 32.→
