The Town Hall was built immediately after the founding of the New Town in Prague by Charles IV in 1348. Over all these centuries, it has witnessed many historical events, including the important event of 1419 - the first Prague defenestration, which became the beginning of the Hussite movement. The 70-meter tower offers stunning views of New Mesto and Charles Square, one of the most popular in the capital.→
