The Charles Bridge Museum was opened on
Krzyžovnicka Square relatively recently - in June 2007. Its expositions are located near the
Charles Bridge in what was once a monastic hospital. The museum tells about the history, construction and development of the Charles Bridge, as well as about the events and personalities that were associated with it. Here you can see images, paintings and photographs of the bridge, and visitors will be interested to look at the models of this famous Prague bridge at different stages of construction. The museum also presents models of medieval tools and structures that were used in the construction of the bridge, and various thematic exhibitions are held in a small gallery. The museum has a souvenir shop and a literary cafe.
