The square has a large number of very beautiful buildings, and in its center is the magnificent Cathedral of St. Nicholas, one of the most famous cathedrals in Prague. The adjoining temple and the Jesuit College divide the square into lower and upper parts. Among the most interesting buildings in the lower part of the square are the Smyrzycki Palace, the Kaiserstein Palace, the Gremlinghof Palace and the Malostranska Town Hall. And in the upper part of Malostranska Square, the most interesting objects are the Liechtenstein Palace and the Plague Pillar.→
