The Palace of Fine Arts is the main center of art and painting in the country. The Palace has more than 47 thousand exhibits. The museum is located in the historic center of Havana on Trocadero Street. Surrounded by ancient majestic palaces, the modern building, built at the end of the 20th century, successfully fits into the architecture of the street.
The area of the building is more than 8000 square meters, where 1200 exhibits are presented. Among them are paintings, engravings and drawings by famous local artists, as well as sculptures. Paintings by more than 300 artists are exhibited in the museum's spacious halls. Moreover, all works of art are strictly divided into 4 blocks, which allows you to track the development and growth of Cuban culture.
