The Shanghai Grand Theater is located in the city center near the Shanghai Museum. It was opened in 1998. The beautiful huge ten-story building has three stages where ballet and opera performances, symphony concerts, musicals and other events take place. Thanks to its luminescence, at night the theater resembles a crystal palace.
