Grossmü nster Cathedral is made in the Romanesque and Gothic styles. This is a Protestant church, so inside it's just a hall with pews, without any decorations. No bas-reliefs with statues, stained-glass windows and other excesses. From the point of view of a tourist, there is nothing to admire here. According to legend, the Grossmü nster was founded by Charlemagne, whose horse fell to its knees over the tomb of Felix and Regula, the patron saints of Zurich. if you are in the cathedral, you can climb for 4 francs up a narrow staircase to the top platform of the cathedral, from where a circular panorama of the city opens.→
