Uetliberg is a mountain with a height of about 870 m, located in the vicinity of Zurich, so it is a popular holiday destination for citizens and tourists. From its top you have a great view of the surroundings: Zurich itself, Lake Zurich and the Alps on the horizon, so it is not at all surprising that several viewing platforms are equipped on it. You can climb the mountain both by foot lift and by rail. For lovers of hiking, an interesting and unusual route 6 km long is laid on the mountain - the Planetary Trail, which is a kind of tour of the model of the solar system. Today, Uetliberg is a large park, a place for walking, relaxing and picnicking.
