Kitsilano Beach is located in the north of the urban area of the same name in Vancouver on the shores of Burrad Bay. The beach has a 137-meter outdoor swimming pool - the longest in Canada, with three water slides. The swimming pool, with sea water heated to 25 degrees, is open from mid-May to the first decade of September. On the beach there are basketball and beach volleyball courts, there is a children's playground. In the park nearby you can use equipped tennis courts. The beach offers scenic views of downtown Vancouver with high-rise buildings against the backdrop of mountain peaks.
