The Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker is simply called the "Russian Church" by the Bulgarians. This is a small but beautiful church. Here rests the Monk Seraphim, who is revered by both Russians and Bulgarians. The tomb is located to the left of the main entrance on the lower level. It is customary to write notes with requests and leave them at the tomb. It is crowded inside, there are a lot of icons depicting St. Nicholas. There is also a good icon shop here, where we bought an icon for ourselves.→
