Sydney Opera House
Sydney Opera House, Sydney Opera House
Australia, Sydney
The Sydney Opera House is a symbol of the city and one of the most recognizable buildings in the world. It was opened in 1973. The building, made in the style of expressionism, has a unique shape (reminiscent of a series of shells or sails). During the day, the theater has a snow-white color, and at night, thanks to the illumination, it takes on the most amazing color. The inside of the building is finished with pink granite. In 2007, the Sydney Opera House is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
