Previously, the square was a gathering place for the highest clergy of the city. They settled here or in nearby streets. So for a long time there were mansions and residences on the square. Today the square is a place of relaxation and modern installations. The famous "Man on a Golden Ball" : ) has two interpretations. The first is a man towering over the entire globe and trampling it. The second more mundane option is a monument to the confectioner Paul Furst, who invented the famous Mozartkugeln sweets.→
