Visited Belvedere with my husband in January 2019. The park and the outside are very pretty. Naturally, there is a desire to go inside and look, despite the huge queues for tickets and the queue to enter. When buying a ticket, there are different ticket options, especially tempting 4 combi (it includes the upper and lower Belvedere and another museum). Don't take it!! ! The museum is located outside the Belvedere (10 minutes walk), but there is nothing to do there (completely sucks), I would not even call it a museum. In the Belvedere itself (except for its view from the outside and the park, and you can watch it for free) there is practically nothing to watch !! ! Don't throw money away. If you want to see a beautiful palace, be sure to visit the Hofburg Palace, and if you are interested in art, then the Kunsthistorisches Museum. It’s nice to walk around Belvedere Park, but I don’t recommend spending money on visiting it inside.
If you still decide to visit the palace complex inside, then I recommend buying tickets online, since there is a wing on the second floor, and to visit which you will have to queue with simple tickets, and tickets purchased online have a priority right to visit (entrance without a queue ).
