In 1996, the opening of the first Science Museum in the UAE took place. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that it is not just an exhibition complex, but primarily an organizer of modern educational programs for the children of Sharjah and other emirates.

There are 50 interactive devices in the exhibition hall. The research classrooms are equipped with the latest in science and technology and attract countless groups of students from the Sharjah Children's Centre, local and private schools from all over the emirates, as well as their teachers.

The Museum welcomes over 50,000 visitors annually. Professional staff and specially trained guides provide explanations for all questions of interest during educational tours of the museum's showrooms.

Interesting for kids but not for adults

If you are traveling with kids, this is a great place to keep them entertained for a while. Lots of interactive interesting things and very friendly staff. But adults will not be particularly interested there. Therefore, I rate it 9 out of 10 for children and 5 out of 10 for adults.→
