The Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center was officially opened by His Serene Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Saeed Al Nadeen, President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi on February 18, 2007. The total area of the Center is 94,000 sq.m., of which 28,000 sq.m. exhibition space, including 7 exhibition halls, 2 conference halls (for 1,500 sq.m. and 800 sq.m.), 9 meeting rooms, 2,000 sq.m. catering, 12 shops, as well as offices of various companies (airlines, banks, pharmacies and others).
