We rested in this hotel for the New Year, a large and noisy company. A big plus of the hotel is that it stands on the main street of Zakopane - Krupowki. We rested in this hotel for the New Year, a large and noisy company. A big plus of the hotel is that it stands on the main street of Zakopane - Krupowki. A stone's throw both to the market and to the ski station. If it's hard to walk to the hill, then you can wait for the local bus, stop at the door of the hotel, or call a taxi, not very expensive. Numbers to whom, how to get caught. My friends got a two-room suite with a view of Krupovki, and the rest with a view of the courtyard. But on the other hand, all rooms with decent furniture, we had a bath, and clean enough. There is also a TV and hairdryer.
We had the hotel for breakfast. Breakfast was very poor, which by the way in most of these hotels. But on the main street there are a dime a dozen bars and restaurants with cancellations and cheap food. VERY VERY RECOMMEND pizzeria-restaurant "ADAMO". The food is to die for, huge portions of soup and meat and cheaper than anywhere else. There is no entertainment in the hotels, so you can spend the evening either in bars or discos. In general, Zakopane is full of different levels of hotels and apartments for every budget. If you want to live in the center, of course it will cost you a pretty penny.
Well, as for Zakopane themselves, this is a small town, very clean, with little infrastructure, with gorgeous nature around. In general, everything you need for a holiday is there. As I already mentioned a large number of restaurants, there are discos (the largest Morskoe Oko, on Krupovki), there is a bar with a huge selection of souvenirs, as well as sheep skins and inexpensive sheepskin coats.
There is no fountain here with ski slopes, but all the same, there is where to ride both for a beginner - Nosal, and for experienced skiers - Kuznitsa and Shumashkovo. By the way, you can go to the Forge without skis, there is an observation deck where you can admire the mountain views. For information, tickets must be bought in advance, because in the morning there is a huge queue, especially if the weather is sunny. You can also go skiing and admire the view of Zakopane from Gubalovka, a small trailer goes there.
