It’s a bit far from the hotel to Krupovka or the water park on foot, in the evening, it’s hard to return after the “gulls”.
There is free parking on site, where, according to the assurances of the hostess of the hotel, it is safe to leave your car. There is a log cabin next to the parking lot, with a conference hall and a tavern belonging to the hotel. I want to note that there are no discounts in this tavern for hotel guests, so do not count on any special treatment for yourself.
The hotel team is female with all the consequences, everything from the hostess to the cleaners - "pani".
For example, when the drain plug in the sink got stuck, on the first day no one could help, on the second, after repeated appeal, a cleaning lady came, 24 years old, grabbed my nail scissors from the table near the washbasin and started picking the cork! I had to refuse help and buy new scissors. What determines the frequency of changing towels and bed linen - it is not clear, for 5 days the bed was not changed even once, towels once. Liquid soap near the washbasin did not appear even by the end of the stay.
But all this would have been nothing if on the very first day they had not been upset by the theft. I didn’t even believe it when I entered the room, at first I thought maybe the cleaning lady shifted my iPhone, but then it turned out that they even turned out pockets, stole chargers and all the cash from the room!
I called the hostess of the hotel - she immediately stated that it was not her right! It took an hour to call the police from the reception!
The district police officer arrived, he had no complaints, he examined everything very carefully, since the lock is electronic, opens with a card, and everything is recorded in the memory of the lock, asked the hostess to read the memory. It is clear that she also solved this problem. This computer genius, after an hour of unsuccessful attempts, gave out: the lock was opened by a guest card 5 minutes after my departure. I note that the cards are programmed at the reception!
We decided to look at the cameras, but it turned out that the information from them is NOT RECORDED anywhere! Let's go to the station to draw up a protocol, there the translator was already waiting for us! Finished in the evening.
Anything can happen in life, of course, but the attitude of the hostess Anna Filipovich surprised me, for all the time she did not come up and ask how I was doing there, maybe I needed help, she walked past with her head held high.
By the way, she inherited this hotel from her husband, who died of an illness, so they did not live together for long .. .
