We settled in the Belvedere Hotel, there was nothing to breathe, the air on two levels is disgusting, there is steaminess and the smell of bleach from the pool, in this regard we were lucky because they settled us on the top floor in room 406, so there was no humidity in the room, the pool is large, there is even a slide, but there is a problem with the hood, the daughter loves the water park very much, so, leaving our things, we went straight there, at the same time warm up in the sauna, the room is spacious, we spent the night well, went for breakfast in the morning, choose something to eat, ate well, then went to the room to go to the mountain, - “I’ll transfer the money to the safe, ” I thought, there was $ 500 left in my wallet, but there was no money, they worked quickly, came to the reception desk, told about my theft, printed out a printout for opening the room door, and it turned out that early in the morning while we were having breakfast, panenka, an employee of the hotel, wanted to come in and check our bar, she asked, “Why did she need to go check the bar after the first night”? The administrator told me that suspicions could not fall on her, because.

But the Zakopane mountainous area is always impressive, we booked the Crocus Hotel for two seasons in a row, there were no problems there, and parking is free, last year there was no snow at all, and then we were satisfied, but this time we were not lucky, a little. Thank you very much to my daughter's instructor, Matvey, in Zapanane, I set the technique well, after two trainings, my daughter went down the mountain on her own in Byalka, as it turned out and everything was much cheaper there. Yes, and for parking a car, the hotel took $ 80.

I visited the hotel as part of an info tour. A completely self-sufficient hotel with on-site shops, a chess club, a kids club, a whiskey room, a sauna, a large swimming pool and even an aquarium with many turtles. The hotel accepts dogs (surcharge). But parking is paid (PLN 30/day)

This is the best hotel in Zakopane! The hotel can safely give 5 stars! OK. 10 min. to the center - a wonderful territory and a beautiful view. Everything is done in the Goral style. Here is the best SPA in Zakopane! There is a swimming pool and a children's room! Everything is very well stylized. It's cozy like home here.

Food.......breakfast, as promised, a buffet (all ten days are the same, you can’t even dream of porridge or cocoa), but the buffet dinner turned out to be three dishes already prepared (soup from morning sausages, a modest second, and dessert) you can order additional dishes, but for a fee, and then only in two restaurants. There is not much about breakfast: it takes place only in one restaurant out of three, for this reason you may not have a free or clean table you need to see, or clean and set the table yourself.
But this is not the most memorable, the most important thing is the infrastructure, or, in their opinion, an "entertainment and health center. " There is ice water in the pool, so if you are a walrus, you can safely dive if you find a place where.......on a slope there are fewer people. The same picture is in the sauna and in the jacuzzi. Game room:..........everything is paid, even if they say otherwise, when you come to the room you find a little pleasant account. When you ask for clarification in administration, they smile sweetly at you and say that they have nothing to do with this. A worthy answer from a hotel with a 4-star status.
Summing up, we can say that the hotel is no more than 3 stars. A complete discrepancy between price and quality. I recommend the wonderful 3-star MERCURE hotel. It is located on the slope. and you can get to the center by taxi, it costs a penny in Poland.
